Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the business goals of the company. This includes building the company's employer brand, creating recruitment funnels, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates for all departments.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team.
- Provide guidance and support in recruitment activities, helping them achieve KPIs and continuous improvement.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Ensure that best practices are followed for an efficient and smooth recruitment process.
Sourcing and Networking:
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking events, headhunting, etc.) to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
- Leverage AI-driven recruitment tools and data analytics for talent mapping.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and align on candidate profiles.
- Regularly communicate updates on the recruitment process and candidate pipeline.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the firm as an employer of choice by enhancing the company's presence on various recruitment platforms, building relationships with universities, attending job fairs, and promoting internal culture.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process, offering timely feedback, and representing the company in the best light during interviews and interactions.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Utilize data and analytics to improve hiring efficiency, track key performance metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire), and report on hiring trends.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all talent acquisition activities.
- Implement initiatives to ensure that the firm attracts and hires a diverse talent pool.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously review and improve the recruitment processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational needs. Identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies, local labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of hiring activities for reporting and compliance purposes.
