Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies: Create and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's goals and values
- Leading the HR team: Provide guidance and direction to 2 to 3 team members, and ensure that HR programs are delivered effectively
- Managing employee relations: Develop and implement policies and programs to promote a positive work environment and resolve employee issues
- Lead Talent Acquistion strategy for Pharma R&D
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations: Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable HR laws and regulations
- Developing training and development programs: Create and implement training and development programs to help employees achieve their full potential
- Tracking HR metrics: Track HR metrics to analyze the performance of HR initiatives
- Championing a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion: Champion an open, embracing culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) throughout the organization
Requirements:
- MBA in HR from Tier 1 or 2 institute
- 12+ years of experience in managing multiple disciplines in HR; with at least 4 years in Pharma company (R&D)
