Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Manager - HR to joinour team and drive impactful HR initiatives across Avana.
This role is critical to supporting our continued growth and excellence byleading key HR functions including talent acquisition, retention, learning anddevelopment, employee engagement, and process enhancement.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic HR vision, deep understanding ofHR compliance, and a proactive approach to building a thriving workplace culture.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and implement a comprehensivetalent acquisition strategy aligned with Avanagrowth goals.
- Source, attract, and engage top talentacross diverse channels, ensuring the recruitment process aligns withorganizational values and culture.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitmentprocess, including job posting, screening, interviewing, assessments, andselection.
- Collaborate with department heads toidentify workforce needs and create targeted recruitment and onboardingprograms.

Talent Retention & Engagement
- Design and administer competitivecompensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular performance reviews,provide constructive feedback, and develop clear career growth pathways.
- Implement innovative employee engagementand satisfaction initiatives that align with Avanacommitment to employeewellbeing and organizational culture.
- Oversee timely and accurate payrollprocessing, benefits administration, and employee queries.

Learning and Development
- Lead training needs assessments (TNA) toidentify skill gaps and areas for employee growth across departments.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate learningprograms that support Avanacommitment to continuous improvement andknowledge sharing.
- Foster a culture of continuous learningby collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide a wide range ofprofessional development opportunities.

Systems, Compliance, and Process Development
- Establish, review, and improve HRpolicies, systems, and processes to support Avanaoperational efficiency andemployee experience.
- Ensure compliance with relevantemployment laws, regulations, and industry-specific standards, especially inthe medical devices sector.
- Design and implement HR metrics andreporting systems to assess and improve HR operational effectiveness.

Strategic HR Planning
- Act as a strategic partner to seniorleadership, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning,organizational structure, and future talent needs.
- Drive HR initiatives that support Avanalong-term growth, employee engagement, and retention objectives.
- Oversee change management processes tosupport organizational transitions and promote a resilient and adaptableworkforce.

Qualifications
-Education: Bachelordegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field; Masterdegree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in HR management with at least 3-5 years in a senior HRrole, ideally within the medical devices or healthcare industry.

- Skills:
- Proven expertise in talentacquisition, retention strategies, performance management, and employeeengagement.
- Strong knowledge of employment law,regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication,interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g.,Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HRtransformations, build HR processes, and influence at all organizationallevels.
- Ability to work effectively in afast-paced and dynamic environment.
