Hi !

We are inviting applications for Sales Manager - Key Accounts to lead PAN India sales operations for solar modules. This role demands strategic ownership with deep expertise in the solar domain, a proven track record in driving B2B/B2C sales, and the ability to manage key accounts while expanding market share.


Sales Manager (Solar Module)
Location: Based in Noida, with extensive travel across PAN India

(Most Important) Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years in sales, with dedicated experience in the solar industry, specifically in solar module sales, including key account management.


Key Responsibilities


1. Key Account Management

  • Lead and nurture relationships with high-value clients, distributors, and stakeholders (10+ years of hands-on solar sales experience required).
  • Drive retention and expansion of existing key accounts by understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Acquire new clients in domestic and international markets by leveraging industry networks, market insights, and strategic partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Develop and implement account-specific growth plans to maximize revenue opportunities.

2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence across India.
  • Identify emerging markets, trends, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive solar landscape.

3. Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in rooftop solar, utility-scale projects, and emerging solar technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.

4. Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights for senior leadership.



Key Skills & Competencies

  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of solar modules, supply chains, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Negotiation & Relationship-Building: Proven ability to close high-value deals and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Leadership: Experience managing teams in a PAN India or global context.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in solar module distribution or project sales.


Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
    • MBA/PGDM (Preferred).
