Deputy General Manager - Process

We are inviting applications for Deputy General Manager position for Solar Module Manufacturing Process.

Note: Candidates should have prior solar module manufacturing industry experience.

The details related to qualification, experience and location are mentioned above. Salary is open to negotiations as per experience. Here's a brief job description to better understand the role.

1.Perform the Module manufacturing process:

a. Responsibility: - overall responsibility for Line Process and floor Quality, PFMEA, DOE, SAP, Customer visit, Pre Sales & Post Sales documentation, and reports. Facilitate the Technical training for plant manpower.

b. Contribute to drive development of continuous improvement approach, sustainable implementation of improvements of RPDM (Recognition-Primed Decision-Making) concept.

c.  Contribute to drive organizational performance resulting in stable production processes and sustainable product Quality.

d.  Review of Module manufacturing processes direction in alignment of business requirements for current & future needs.

e. Assure that Quality system and functions are implemented and in conformance to Company's Quality system.

f.  Assure management system effectiveness.

g.  Assure Safety systems compliance with legislation for Environment and Health.

h.  Assure that Manufacturing process and functions are implemented and in conformance to Companys Quality system.

2.   Operational Process: -  

 a. Equipment Resourcing:

i. Support in discussion with Technology, Team members for planning, sourcing & procurement equipment as per  Process requirements.

b. Module Manufacturing process management System:

(i) Contribute to customer satisfaction by safeguarding customer requirements and verifying product quality, certification & testing, and proper documentations.

(ii) Assure strict compliance to Environment & Safety audits, Product audits, and ISO audits.
