DEPUTY MANAGER - SECURED BUSINESS LOANS - COLLECTIONS

• Develop and implement effective strategies for improving collection efficiency and reducing delinquencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries a repayment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for debt recovery practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
• Strong knowledge of collections process.
• Field collection by bucket/vintage/region.
• Meet collection target for allocated territory.
• Formulate collections strategies.
