We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our expansion across India.

About the Role:

- The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients, focusing on building partnerships with organizations seeking top leadership talent and HR Consulting solutions.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the executive search/HR consulting landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition:


- Identify and proactively engage potential clients across diverse industries, focusing on mid-to-senior level hiring and HR Consulting needs.

- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.

Business Development Strategy:


- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand our client base pan-India and achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.

- This includes market research, competitor analysis, and identifying key target segments.

Relationship Building:


- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, business heads, C-suite executives, and other key decision-makers within target organizations.

- Act as a trusted advisor and build long-term partnerships.

Solution Selling:


- Understand client needs and develop customized proposals and pitch solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of ATRIOS Consulting's services.

Networking & Representation:


- Represent ATRIOS Consulting at industry events, networking forums, conferences, and other relevant platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Collaboration & Execution:


- Work closely with internal teams (research, consulting, delivery) to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Sales Management & Reporting:


- Meet and exceed sales targets, track progress, and provide regular updates on business development activities.

- Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and strategy development.

Market Intelligence:


- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine business development strategies.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development.

Education: MBA preferred.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of leadership hiring, recruitment industry trends, and HR Consulting practices.

Sales Acumen: Proven track record of B2B sales, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and build mutually beneficial partnerships.

Networking Skills: Exceptional networking skills and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results with minimal supervision.

Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations.

Travel: Willingness to travel as needed
