Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer and coordinate all customer relevant activities
Profit & revenue-responsibility for definedaccounts including review of budget vs. actual
Contract review, pricing and price review and the negotiation with customers in accordance with internal guidelines.
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Optimize of accounts in terms of products,growth, price, technology, service & quality.
Focus on growing and developing existing/potential customers in sales pipeline,together with generating new business.
Your Profile:
Minimum 5 Years experience as Account Manager, preferrably in PCB/ Semiconductor/ Automobile Industry.
Commercial/technical education with commercial/technical understanding and long-time experience in Sales & Customer Service.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
Track record in building relationship with key decision makers, negotiating/closing business deals and developing new customers.
