Job Description
- Understand wellness of the process, product and equipment in real time. Identify any shifts from baseline and react accordingly.
- Understand mechanical drilling machines capability and positional accuracy.
- Responsible to drive root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Analysis to scanner report to ensure spindle/ machine is stopped for producing defects.
- Responsible to measure diameter tolerance, distance measurement, PFC, slot requirements according to specific customer requirement.
- Assess potential impacts/ risks in case of spindle/ machine capability is out of specification.
Your Profile
- Bachelor of Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience as process/ Quality engineer in drilling process.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written communication.
- Good Team Player
- Good Interpersonal skills
