Senior Executive - Administration

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all travel, event, and cab arrangements while providing support to the existing team members.
• Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts, optimizing costs, and ensuring efficient service levels.
• Support administrative processes such as Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), housekeeping, office space management, and festive arrangements.
• Manage company cab operations effectively.
• Maintain and update MIS records for travel and event-related activities.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree or above
• Min. 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Prior Experience working in Hotels, Airlines or a role dealing with Senior Management
• Should be good at Excel and Presentations.
• Prior experience in handling Events, Ticketing, and MIS will be a must.
• Need to have knowledge of Overall General Administration
• Candidate preferably from the Western line to avoid delays in travel time.
