Role & responsibilities
a) Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets for high-rise residential projects.
b) Analyze project specifications and design documents to forecast material and labor costs.
a) Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
b) Evaluate contractor bids and provide recommendations for award decisions.
c) Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
a) Monitor project costs against the budget, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
b) Prepare and submit monthly valuation reports, cost statements, and cash flow projections.
a) Conduct material rate analysis and verify supplier invoices.
b) Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials within budget.
a) Identify potential project risks and provide cost-effective solutions.
b) Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, standards, and contractual obligations.
a) Conduct on-site measurements and prepare detailed bills for clients and subcontractors.
b) Verify and approve bills raised by contractors and vendors.
