We are seeking an experienced Content Head to lead our content strategy and team, driving our organization's narrative in the real estate industry. This senior position requires a strategic thinker who can oversee content operations, mentor team members, and align content initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals. Define the organization's content vision, editorial calendar, and quality standards across all platforms.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of content writers, copywriters, and freelancers. Oversee hiring, training, and professional development while fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Content Operations: Establish and optimize content workflows, guidelines, and processes. Manage content budget and resources while ensuring maximum ROI on content investments.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives to align content strategy with business objectives. Partner with department heads across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration.

Performance Analytics: Define KPIs for content performance and ROI measurement. Lead data-driven decision-making for content optimization and strategy refinement.

Brand Voice Development: Shape and evolve the organization's brand voice, ensuring consistency across all channels while adapting to market trends and audience needs.

Innovation Leadership: Identify and implement emerging content trends, formats, and technologies. Drive innovation in storytelling approaches and content distribution strategies.

Experience- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in content management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in real estate or related industries.
