Roles & Responsibilities-
Responsible for devising and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across various digital channels.
A strong track record in digital marketing, exceptional analytical skills, and a creative mindset is required.
Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate sector, encompassing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and other relevant channels.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. This includes overseeing budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, and scheduling.
Social Media Management: Manage and enhance the company's presence across social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Generate insightful reports and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Budget Optimization: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve predetermined KPIs and objectives. Continuously monitor and adjust budget allocation based on campaign performance and market dynamics.
Ad Optimization: Oversee the creation, testing, and optimization of digital ads, including Google AdWords campaigns, display ads, and retargeting campaigns. Implement A/B testing and other techniques to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
Website Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website content, design, and user experience to drive traffic, improve engagement, and increase conversion rates.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, measurement, and technology. Provide insights and recommendations for adopting emerging technologies and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in digital marketing roles, with 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
