Roles and Responsibilities

1. Oversee the construction projects from start to end.

2. Familiar with review and evaluating contractors, shop drawings, plan schedules, contract Administrations, claim management, coordination with PMCs/ consultants.

3. Ensuring tat project will be completed within schedule time and budget.

4. Familiar with QA/QC aspects.

5. Should be conversant with logistics involved in construction of high rise building.

6. Exposure to civil construction, structural glazing, MEP Services of high rise structure is must.

7. Should be proactive with high level of initiatives to drive the project and lead working team.

8. Attending the design coordination meetings with consultants and Architects for finalizing DBRs, BOQs, and Tender drawing.

9. Follow up with architects/consultants/ contractors/ and vendors for timely delivery of drawings/details and meet the Techno-Commercial aspects.

10. Coordinating the project controls for preparing & finalization of schedule, budget, estimations, man power requirements, and material requirements.

11. Decision making in progress review meetings with vendors.

12. Following up consultants for required drawings.

13. Ensuring QA/QC, Certification of bills.

14. Regular monitoring of site work progress on daily basis.
