Program manager

We are looking to hire a person for program manager who comes with technical background .

Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and tools.
• Good Negotiation Skills.
• Drive new products and features through the development process.
• Gather and create product requirements and specifications.
• Make sure project meets deadlines and is completed within budget.
• Review and test code to ensure it works properly.
• Provide technical leadership, but not line management of cross functional teams.
• Project / Program Management Skills.
• Experience in Frontend, Middleware design, development & implementation with experience in Angular, Node Express, and related technologies.
