Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multi-country operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects across diverse regions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills to drive results in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Plan, execute, and monitor programs across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with diverse stakeholders, including clients, leadership teams, and cross-functional teams, to define program goals and deliverables.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues impacting program delivery.
• Budget Oversight: Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure financial health of the program.
• Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, monitor progress, and generate periodic reports to highlight program status and achievements.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to international standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 10-15 years in program or project management, with at least 5 years of global/multi-country program experience.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Global Exposure: Proven experience managing programs across diverse geographies and time zones.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-cultural teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in industries such as technology, consulting, or global operations.
• Familiarity with languages and cultural practices in the regions of operation.
