LAMP PM/ APM   (10-15 yrs.)

l Strong candidate with working knowledge in (MEAN / LAMP Stack) & at least any one of JavaScript Frameworks (Angular / React / VueJs) 

l knowledge in (NodeJS, Express / Loopback / Hapi JS) or (PHP, Magento / Symfony / Laravel) or (Python, Django / Flask) 

l knowledge in technologies like No-SQL, Caching solutions, performance optimization, security, Infrastructure handling (like AWS), Queues, web sockets, Single page application development, real-time system developments. 

l Should have strong technical solution architecting competency and provide technical guidance to team. 

l Must have strong aptitude and problem-solving skills 

l Highly organized and self-motivated 

l Ability to work along with distributed multicultural team. 

l Mentor and enable team members. 

l Should have strong leadership skills and take things to closure.

Desired Skill Set : Asp.Net, C# .NET, MVC

Requirements:

l Must have proven experience with management of .Net projects.

l Should be actively involved in doing code reviews and understanding of Design Patterns

l Strong Experience in .Net Framework 4.0

l Should have experience and knowledge in technical architecture/Solutions of the applications

l Active participation in Technology and Project Management forums

l Ensure projects continually understand more about Product, Technology, Domain and customer

l Developing/grooming teams and career aspirations of the team.

l Ensure all projects comply with the Organizational principles, practices & processes

l Provide necessary inputs and support to Account Managers that will enhance account mining opportunities and related closures

l Participating in Sales Campaigns, webinars and other promotional activities; recruitment, Creating Knowledge Repository

l Meets assigned expectations for profitability.

l Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.

l Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
