Job Description
- Job Description- Oracle Customer Engagement.
- Implement and configure Oracle Customer Engagement Cloud to align with business needs and optimize customer interactions.
- Design and manage customer segmentation, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns to enhance engagement and customer retention.
- Set up and manage Loyalty Programs & Award Programs, ensuring seamless execution and tracking.
- Configure and maintain Gift Card Programs, ensuring integration with POS and other transactional systems.
- Integrate Oracle Customer Engagement Cloud with enterprise systems such as POS, ERP, and eCommerce platforms for a unified customer experience.
- Analyze customer data to optimize targeted marketing, promotions, and engagement strategies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend best practices, and implement solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within the Oracle Customer Engagement Cloud ecosystem.
- Conduct training sessions and develop user documentation to support system adoption and efficiency.
- Stay updated on Oracle updates and new features, ensuring continuous improvement and system enhancements.
- Proficiency in SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle BI reporting for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting and workflow optimization skills for customer engagement solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business and technical teams.
