Established in 2019, Battery Smart simplifies EV adoption, making it economical and easily accessible. With our first battery-swapping station launched in June 2020, we have scaled rapidly to become Indias largest battery-swapping network for electric two and three-wheelers.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Manager to lead our customer communication efforts, leveraging CLM tools to disseminate content, drive engagement, and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Calendar Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage a centralized communication calendar to ensure timely and relevant content dissemination.

2. Efficiency Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance, identifying areas for improvement to optimize engagement and conversion.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Customer Excellence) to gather communication requirements and create effective content.

4. Content Dissemination: Leverage CLM tools to disseminate high-quality content to customers across various channels, including WhatsApp, IVRs, SMS, App notifications, email, and more.

5. Multi-Channel Rollout: Execute the rollout of content across multiple channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

6. Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer engagement and retention.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 3-5 years of proven experience in customer engagement, communication management, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong project management, communication, and data analysis skills.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and CLM platforms.

Proficiency in Web-Engage is a plus.
