Job Description:
1. HR Strategy & Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their goals and aligning HR solutions to support them effectively.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success and employee engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in talent management and business outcomes.
2. Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Develop and execute programs that enhance retention, performance, and employee satisfaction.
- Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
3. Talent Development:
- Identify training needs and work with the Learning & Development team to design programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Support succession planning initiatives and develop strategies for talent mobility.
4. Employee Experience:
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead surveys and feedback mechanisms to understand employee sentiment and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, promoting open communication and a culture of trust.
5. Policy Implementation & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
- Monitor compliance with local labor laws and regulations, proactively addressing any issues.
Must Have:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HR business partnering, employee lifecycle management, and strategy.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decision-making.
- High on taking ownership and accountability.
