HR Compliance Officer
Qualification - MSW/ MLS.
Role Brief:
- Statutory compliance for all the vendors as per company norms for PF, ESIC, Labour License, BOCW certificate, Workmen Compensation, etc.
- Responsible for labour welfare as per statutory and company norms.
- Maintain records of Vendor Master, Staff details, Worker/Labour details, Bills and compliance reports and maintain daily labour report at site.
- Conduct regular audits of processes, documentation, and records to ensure compliance and submit reports on compliance-related issues, findings, and improvements.
- Maintain records of compliance-related activities, audits, and investigations.
- Attendance & Leave Management.
- Timely raise proposals for Purchase request and Renewal of Contracts & AMCs pertaining to related services.
- Liaison with local authorities for enabling smooth functioning of Business Unit and resolving statutory compliance issues if any.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Labor Law.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
