Role and Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to shape organizational culture and foster employee engagement.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent aligned with the organization's values.
- Develop and manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Create succession plans to ensure continuity of leadership and key roles.
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR matters.
- Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Learning & Development
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Promote continuous learning opportunities that align with the NGO's needs.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to monitor and improve employee performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs that are equitable and competitive.
- Ensure that compensation practices support the organization's budget and financial goals.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
- Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop initiatives that ensure equity and inclusiveness in all HR practices.
