Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to lead our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Python development experience, 2 years of analytics experience, and at least 1 year of team management experience, along with excellent customer engagement skills.
Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of analysts and developers to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in Python development and data analytics.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of analytics projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Hands-on development in Python, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging.
- Stay updated on the latest Python and analytics trends and technologies.
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as data science, product management, and business development, to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT Industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics.
- Minimum of 1 year of team management experience.
- Proven experience leading analytics teams and projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Experience in the planning and execution of analytics projects.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools in the analytics domain.
