Job Title: CRM Executive

Job Summary:

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and handling customer queries and concerns efficiently. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and supporting the sales team with customer data and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, emails, messages, or any other communication channels.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide valuable customer insights, feedback, and reports to the sales team.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement through proactive support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality.
• Support customer loyalty and retention programs to strengthen relationships.
• Maintain CRM system updates and generate reports on customer interactions and trends.
• Convert product inquiries into sales and contribute to achieving high sales targets for the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Prior experience in a CRM / Customer Support role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000 ₹18,000 per month

Schedule: Day Shift

Supplemental Pay: Yearly Bonus & Other Benefits as per company policy
