Location:- Ghitorni(South West Delhi)

Salary:- 15k-30k

Experience:- 1+ years

Title: Sales Coordinator

Position Summary:

A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and maintaining sales operations documentation. This role serves as a crucial link between sales representatives, customers, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support

- Process and track sales orders from receipt to delivery

- Prepare sales quotations and proposals

- Maintain customer records and sales databases

- Support the sales team with presentation materials and reports

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses

2. Administrative Functions

- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and customer visits

- Maintain sales calendar and team schedules

- Create and update sales reports and forecasts

- File and organize sales documentation

- Manage correspondence with clients and team members

3. Coordination

- Liaise between the sales team and other departments

- Coordinate with production/warehouse for order fulfilment

- Work with logistics for delivery schedules

- Communicate with finance regarding invoicing and payments

- Follow up on pending orders and deliveries

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- 2+ years of sales support or coordination experience

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Experience with CRM software

Work Environment:

- Full-time position

- Office-based with possible occasional travel

- Regular business hours with flexibility as needed
