Process Consultant For SMEs client

Responsibilities-  

1. Business Process Analysis:

• Map current workflows and create detailed documentation of business processes
2. System Evaluation and Recommendation:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry-specific software and technologies
3. Solution Design:
• Develop customized system integration plans tailored to each client's unique requirements
• Create detailed specifications for system implementations or modifications
• Design process improvement strategies that align with recommended systems
4. Client Communication:
• Conduct interviews and workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements
• Present findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to clients
• Provide clear explanations of technical concepts to non-technical audiences
5. Implementation Support:
