Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Support Executive will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in processing and managing orders efficiently.
• Handle direct orders from channel partners and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.
• Act as a key point of contact for channel partners, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Support in preparing sales reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve any operational issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Prior experience in a Sales Support / Coordination role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000 ₹18,000 per month

Schedule: Day Shift (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)

Supplemental Pay: Yearly Bonus & Other Benefits as per company policy
