Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage and process incoming leads. This role involves calling leads, gathering key information regarding their needs, and forwarding this information to the Manager for further action. This is a backend role with direct customer-facing responsibilities for the initial lead communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
- Monitor and capture incoming leads from the lead portal.
- Call each lead promptly to understand their needs and gather relevant information.
2. Information Gathering:
- Collect detailed information on the leads requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Organize and document the lead information clearly.
3. Forward Information to Manager:
- Send the gathered lead information to the Manager for quotation preparation and
Follow - up.
- Ensure the information is accurately captured and communicated in an organized manner.
4. Follow-Up:
- Check in with leads as needed to clarify any missing details or to provide additional information, if required.
