Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Program/Project Manager to oversee and execute multiple projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and successful delivery. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on optimizing resources to reduce costs and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to End responsibilities for Project management.
• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects from initiation to delivery across multiple locations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Manage project teams, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize manpower and resource allocation.
• Continuously monitor project performance, adjusting plans and resources as needed to reduce costs and mitigate risks.
• Report regularly on project status, including progress, risks, and any issues requiring resolution.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Electrical & MEP background person will be preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management.
• Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various locations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Experience in cost control and resource optimization is a plus.
