Electrical Engineer / Site Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure site execution meets project requirements by monitoring progress, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.
  
• Oversee site management activities such as planning, coordination, and communication among team members.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field (site engineering).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization (Electrical Preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of electrical systems design principles and installation practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
