Business Development Manager

We are currently in a process of shortlisting additional sales team members for Knowbuild at our Delhi office.

Knowbuild offers a quasi-ERP and CRM software solution designed to help B2B companies automate and integrate their end-to-end activities, from sales and marketing to dispatch, invoicing, warehousing, and accounting. Developed over seven years, our software is now entering a beta sales phase, which will be followed by commercialization of our SAAS product. I am sharing our website (www.knowbuild.com).

Our initial sales focus will be on customers in Delhi, with plans to expand to other states and cities, and eventually to international markets, including Australia and the UK. Our company's background is rooted in B2B sales, with a proven track record in the infrastructure, telecom, and utility markets. We are proud to have achieved a 17% CAGR growth rate over the past four years.

The complete website is expected to launch by the end of March.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Sales Development (Field Sales)

• for direct to customer engagement for sales of ERP/CRM to B2B customers.
• Channel based sales (Channel creation)

2. Will require engagement primarily with SME Cos Directors/Sales Head A/cs & Logistics Teams.

3. Should have clear understanding of business functions of a company Sales, Finance, etc.

4. Primary Area of Operation Delhi, Gurugram, Noida & Chandigarh

Preferred candidate profile:

Should have excellent communication skills (strong English & Hindi), Should have excellent Presentation skills, CRM Software Expertise: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms, Customer Retention & Upselling, Handling Customer Objections skills, etc
