Responsibilities:
Prospecting
Cold calling
Product application based email marketing, and lead generation
Retargeting of customers who have not procured for >= 6 months.
Cross selling to existing customers
Market Research on upcoming projects (through various websites and reading newspaper), and targeting project managers
Others :
Coordination with sales teams, for ensuring order closing, after lead generation.
Customer
Relationship Building
Sales Analysis
Expertise on CRM software/Excel
Enquiry handling via calls.
