We are currently in a process of shortlisting additional Inside Sales Coordinator role for our Delhi office.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting
Cold calling
Product application based email marketing, and lead generation
Retargeting of customers who have not procured for >= 6 months.
Cross selling to existing customers
Market Research on upcoming projects (through various websites and reading newspaper), and targeting project managers.
Others :
Coordination with sales teams, for ensuring order closing, after lead generation.
Customer
Relationship Building
Sales Analysis
Expertise on CRM software/Excel
Enquiry handling via calls.
Preferred candidate profile:
Proven experience in inside sales, B2B Sales, tele-sales, or customer service.
Problem-Solving like strong analytical skills to identify customer needs
Technical sales bent is a must
Experience with B2B sales and handling large enterprise clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex products in a clear and persuasive manner.
