Role & responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
• Manage front desk activities, including handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Coordinate with various departments for administrative support.
• Maintain records and documentation as required.
• Assist in office management tasks such as ordering office supplies.
• Handle basic clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Familiarity with administrative and clerical tasks.
