Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to enhance and maintain the brand identity of the institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing branding, marketing, and communication strategies to drive student enrollment, increase brand visibility, and establish the institute as a leader in the education sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy to position the institute as a premier educational institution.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels, including digital, print, and on-campus materials.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, target audience, and industry trends to refine branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all aspects of marketing and communication.

Marketing & Communication:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for student recruitment, events, and new program launches.
  • Develop content strategies for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing.
  • Work closely with the creative team to design promotional materials such as brochures, ads, and videos.
  • Build relationships with media agencies, PR firms, and influencers to enhance brand outreach.

Digital & Social Media Marketing:

  • Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid advertisements, and social media engagement.
  • Manage social media channels to increase brand awareness and student engagement.
  • Monitor online reputation and respond to queries, reviews, and comments professionally.

Events & Public Relations:

  • Organize and promote institutional events, open houses, seminars, and alumni meets.
  • Represent the institute at education fairs, conferences, and industry events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Develop PR strategies and liaise with media houses for press releases and interviews.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the admissions, academics, and corporate relations teams to align branding with institutional goals.
  • Measure the effectiveness of branding campaigns and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and optimize the branding budget to maximize ROI.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed branding decisions.
  • Experience with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software is a plus.
