• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
  
• Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to gauge their interest in open positions.
  
• Provide support during recruitment process by handling candidate queries and scheduling interviews.
  
• Assist in employee engagement activities like organizing events, workshops, and team-building exercises.
