Urgent Hiring || HR Intern - TA

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Help in the development of job descriptions and job postings.
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment is a plus.
• Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
