Job title - Team Lead Home Loan

Location - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities -

• Setting up SOPs and processes for tele calling and dialer setup for home loan sales team.
• Analyze financial data and interpret complex loan documents.
• Adherence to organisation TAT, SLAs and SOP for quality output and maximum conversion.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team of Home Loan sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
• Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Support team members in meeting with loan applicants to understand their requirements, collect necessary information, and guide them through the loan application process.
• Collaborate with senior management to forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements -

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales and team handling, with proven experience in sales management.
• Strong leadership, team management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to have a detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the Home Loan and Mortgage industry.
• Open for physical visits to customers if required
• Good with data analytical skills
