Key Responsibilities

Performance Management:

  • Design and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) that fosters a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with business leaders to align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
  • Drive the annual and mid-year performance review processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and evaluation processes.

Compensation and Rewards Strategy:

  • Develop and manage competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure compensation practices are aligned with industry standards.
  • Design reward programs, including incentive plans, recognition initiatives, and retention strategies.
  • Partner with finance and leadership teams to manage compensation budgets effectively.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze performance and compensation data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of performance and compensation initiatives through data-driven approaches.
  • Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and performance management.
  • Establish and maintain governance processes for approvals and policy adherence.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Leadership to align on priorities and deliverables.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather inputs and provide updates on performance and compensation strategies.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • In-depth understanding of performance management and compensation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, preferably HRMS/HRIS tools like Darwinbox.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
