The role is responsible for owning the channel map for theterritory / region to meet theobjective of the Value Business through channels owning targets for the regionassigned.
- Responsible for identifying new partnerships, and developing andmanaging existing strategic partner relationships for the organization.
- Ensuring qualification, appointment and on boarding of the ChannelPartners
- Develop and communicate a partner strategy for the management anddevelopment of the selected partners.
- Monitoring Channel andtheir target performance.
- Be able to independentlywork on these partnerships and nurture them for consistent business..
- Manage, liaison and maintain close relationship with existing andprospective partners to establish long term, as well as opportunity based,alignments.
- Responsible forDistribution management and getting the reach and numbers.
- Formulating MonthlyBusiness Planning with Partners along with PAM.
- Owning execution of thebusiness plan along with PAM.
- Driving the capability building plan with partners like trainingthe channel partner resources.
- Driving the coverage programs like demand generation, customerfocused programs, industry forum participations etc. along with the marketingteam.
- Ensuring Channel PolicyAdherence Process in the assigned territory.
- Regularly suggest run Offers and Incentive Schemes forpartners .
