Conduct training sessions to enhance the teamknowledge of home loan products and sales techniques. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members to drive improvement and meet performance objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Develop a network of potential customers through referrals, networking, and marketing activities. Process Implementation Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of sales policies, procedures, and best practices at the branch level. Monitor team performance, adherence to policies, and ensure smooth execution of daily operations. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive branch growth. Develop strategies to increase market penetration and boost revenue. Reporting Analysis: Provide regular sales reports to senior management on performance, trends, and progress towards targets. Analyze market and sales data to identify potential improvements and opportunities.
