Corporate Partnerships Manager

We are funded through organizations that support our operations via mandatory and voluntary CSR initiatives. Our mission is to become the worlds largest company preventing ocean plastic, and we are seeking an experienced Corporate Partnerships and Development Manager to help drive this vision forward.

This role is ideal for a passionate professional with a strong network among corporate donors and a proven track record in fundraising and corporate partnerships.

Profile Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a strong track record in hands-on sales/fundraising for CSR operations.
• Established network, including but not limited to Heads of CSR, Chief Sustainability Officers, and Chief Marketing Officers of medium to large Indian and multinational corporations.
• Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven decision-maker.
• Experience working in startups and small teams, taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to present impact projects with passion and emotion.
• Understanding of the startup environment and ability to handle tasks with urgency.
• Motivated, resilient, and flexible, with a strong commitment to environmental and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand funding and partnerships by identifying and engaging new corporate partners.
• Develop and present program proposals aligned with corporate CSR strategies, with a focus on environmental, awareness, and social inclusion projects.
• Customize proposals by gathering relevant data from corporate partners to meet their expectations.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with existing and potential corporate partners, serving as the main point of contact.
• Enhance our commercial strategy, including product design, pricing, and sales channel exploration.
• Generate leads and reach out to potential corporate clients.
• Represent Partner org at fairs and networking events.
• Stay updated on environmental and social responsibility trends.
