We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Client Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Kochi.

If you have a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience, preferably in B2B sales or prospect market research (with a strong advantage if you have experience in B2B email lead generation), we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate should have a good attitude towards getting things done, a desire to build on their career, and be a team player.

Job Description:

• Managing incoming emails and associated campaign management tasks.
• Searching, cleansing, and adapting lists of job titles/companies to contact on behalf of our clients.
• Quality check campaigns using business systems.
• Complete client onboarding tasks.
• Update monthly campaign performance metrics into our client performance reports.
• Provide point-of-contact support to UK clients, and attend monthly campaign review meetings
• Working in accordance with operational delivery processes and workflows.
• Identifying data errors and amending accordingly.
• Proofreading written content and feeding back mistakes/errors.

As well as work experience, youll need certain skills, be able to learn quickly, and think on your feet - if you do apply for the job, in addition to work experience, the main skills you’ll need are:

An eye for detail. The ability to identify mistakes and errors.

Excel skills. We’re not going to expect you to understand how to write complicated formulas, or run macro systems. However, you will be editing spreadsheets, format cells, and use filters to get data in order. If you’re confident with Excel to an intermediate level, then we’ll be able to teach you the rest.

Good communication skills. Our clients are currently mainly English, and you’ll be liaising with our team in the UK, so exceptional English Language and writing skills are essential.

Computer literacy. We use a number of different pieces of software to deliver what we do. Whilst our systems are intuitive and user friendly (training will be provided), we need the successful applicant to have experience and be confident in this area.

Well organised. As we work on multiple campaigns and with a lot of data, it’s vital that the successful applicant works in an organised manner and can multitask. This means being competent in following workflows, saving things in specific folders, and working to schedules. The successful applicant needs to be someone that likes to take a methodical approach, doesn’t cut corners, and recognises the value of applying processes to completing tasks.
