Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing efforts under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. This role will focus on executing digital campaigns, managing social media channels, optimizing SEO/SEM strategies, and analyzing digital performance metrics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing tactics and a passion for driving online engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Execution: Implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, website, and paid advertising.
2. SEO & SEM Management: Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines, manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and track keyword performance.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content to improve engagement and brand visibility.
4. Content Creation: Assist in developing high-quality digital content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
5. Lead Generation Support: Help manage lead capture forms, landing pages, and CRM integration to support inbound marketing initiatives.
6. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Use data insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager, freelancers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in digital messaging and brand representation.
8. Email Marketing: Assist in designing and deploying email campaigns, optimizing for deliverability and engagement.
9. Event Promotion: Support the promotion of webinars, trade shows, and product launches through digital channels.
10. Brand Management: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
