Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, a passion for creativity, and a desire to help us achieve our business objectives through innovative online marketing campaigns.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms, managing campaigns, create and optimizing content, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure continued growth and engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Create and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, PPC, and display ads.
• Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging content for digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence and drive engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings, conduct keyword research, and analyze website traffic and trends.
• PPC Management: Plan and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to ensure effective targeting and ROI.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital channels.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and social media.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
