Job Title: Marketing Manager.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Marketing Manager with 6+ years of experience to drive our marketing efforts.
This role will involve executing campaigns, content creation, managing relationships with marketing freelancers, and setting up infrastructure to bring in inbound leads.
The ideal candidate is someone who is into execution, managing field marketing initiatives such as trade shows, and collaborating closely with top management, sales, delivery heads, and project heads to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
- Campaign Execution: Manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels and content platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Content Creation: Write compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Freelancer Collaboration: Oversee and collaborate with marketing freelancers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Field Marketing: Plan and execute marketing strategies for trade shows, including booth management, event promotion, and audience engagement.
- Inbound Lead Infrastructure: Set up and manage the necessary infrastructure (e.g, landing pages, lead capture forms, CRM integration) to attract and convert inbound leads.
- Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize marketing strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with top management, sales, delivery heads, and project heads to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and support ongoing projects.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Event Management: Lead planning and execution of company events, webinars, and product launches to engage potential clients and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns and managing field marketing efforts.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Experience in setting up inbound lead generation infrastructure such as landing pages, lead forms, and CRM integration.
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing for websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Experience managing freelancers and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven approach to measuring success and optimizing marketing strategies.
