Job Title: Recruitment Intern
Location: Kochi
Duration: 3 months

Your Role:

• Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes and assist in scheduling interviews.
• Support recruitment efforts by drafting job descriptions and posting openings.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a seamless experience for new hires.

Training Areas:

During your internship, you'll receive hands-on training in the following areas:

• Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment Tools: Learn how to use various recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Interviewing & Candidate Assessment: Understand the key techniques for screening and interviewing candidates, evaluating resumes, and making assessments.
• Onboarding & Employee Experience: Gain exposure to the onboarding process and how to create a positive candidate and employee experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
