Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to assist with various aspects of the recruitment process. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Support in coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment database.
• Assist with job postings and creating job descriptions.
• Help with the preparation of recruitment reports and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards is a plus.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
