Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage group sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and relationship building.
• Handle unsecured loans portfolio, focusing on recovery and collection management.
• Oversee microfinance RCU operations, ensuring efficient loan disbursement and customer service.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with branch teams to achieve business targets and growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in NBFC or related industry (microfinance/rural finance).
• Strong understanding of group sales principles, practices, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
