Job Title: Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketing activities, including content creation, graphic design, campaign execution, lead generation, public relations, and brand awareness initiatives.

- This role requires a creative and strategic mindset with the ability to lead and complete initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Copywriting:

- Conceptualize to develop engaging content for social media, blogs, website, and marketing materials.

- Provide direction to write compelling copy that aligns with the brand's tone and objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to generate internal storytelling for brand reading.

Graphic Design:

- Help to design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collaterals.

- Work with external designers when needed to deliver high-quality creative assets.

Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve desired results.

- Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Lead Generation & Awareness:

- Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.

- Leverage digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, social media) to drive traffic and engagement, with a unique understanding of website development.

- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.

Public Relations & Media Management:

- Strategize, lead and manage company PR efforts, including press releases, media relations, and news articles.

- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

- Handle crisis communication and ensure a positive brand image.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role.

- Strong strategic expertise in content writing, graphic design, and campaign execution.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),Not mandatory but helpful.

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM).

- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
